Cam Buckland | High Rollers

I. Crash landing! (So dragon isn't actually the worst way to travel.)
[ For all that the world was spinning only moments ago, the sudden stillness is equally jarring. Cam is on the floor of the shuttle—although he doesn't remember exactly how he wound up there. Actually, the last thirty seconds or so are mostly a blur to him. He remembers pointedly not listening to the instructions to remain seated, then the whole thing upended and then—

He hisses out in pain as he finally moves, feeling a sharp ache in his head. He becomes vaguely aware of the feeling of warm liquid on his face, but it's too dark to see what it is when he touches it. And there's a lot of other people around him talking and yelling and it's making it hard to think.

Cam touches his bandana, causing it to start glowing in a magical bright light, cutting through the darkness in the ship's cabin. He looks at his hand again and suffice to say, seeing blood, and knowing it came from your head is alarming. He's a cleric so it will be fine, but in the moment, his first reaction is to turn to the person closest to him and give an alarmed yell.

Uaaah!

II. Tactical Stealth Action (Olympia or Wyver)
[It's pretty obvious that the city is on high alert. Even people who look like regulars are getting stopped and questioned on the way in and anyone who looks unfamiliar is getting outright roughed up by the guards. To make matters worse, it's creating a bottleneck as people are waiting in line to enter the city.

As your character approaches the line, they'll notice something odd. Specifically that you are... already in line? Either having met you earlier, or maybe just seeing you in passing, Cam has decided to... borrow your appearance for a bit. It's a very convincing illusion too. You might want to stop him before he gets to the guards before you and you end up being the imposter.

III. The Wyver festival is way better
[Now the Wyver markets and feasts are more Cam's speed. He is eagerly taking in the sights and sounds, joining in on the celebrations that he doesn't fully understand.

It doesn't take too much celebrating before Cam ends up face down on one of the tables, the edible face paints leaving a messy Cam-like imprint on the wood under him. His hand is curled tightly around a half-empty bottle of something alcoholic, and he groans, mumbling something about Avandra help me, as he drunkenly tries to somehow drink without lifting his head. Help the poor man out.
]

IV. Wildcard
[Cam will be generally exploring and participating in the more fun parts of the various festivities. If you're being hassled by guards, Cam is likely to intervene in some way. Hit me up with anything or if you want to plot something first, send a message and we can figure something out!]
