[Dealing with the natives in the city was beyond frustrating with how they'd celebrated such mindless violence, and she'd come out to do something about it because well...there wasn't many who could really. And smuggling was something she was familiar with, and she's glad she'd grown familiar enough with the city to even try and pull off what they wouldn't do.

She can't help the shocked look that settles on her face at the idea of leaving the other woman behind though, because the natives might be turning their backs on everyone they disapprove of but she was determined to do the right thing for once. The last thing she'd do was leave her behind.]

And leave you out here to deal with these territorial birds and all this muck? No, I think the city's little cannon show has made you deal with enough today. And besides- [She laughs, grinning.] I'm not really a stranger to trouble, but no matter what they think at least I know this is the right thing to do.

[She turns then, glancing back at the city walls, the line of people trying to get in through the gates. They'd have to get creative getting in from the looks of it.]
