[ X’rhun likes warmth. What he doesn’t like is humidity, oppressive and stifling enough to make him feel like he should have been born with gills if he’s to be breathing in this much water. That, coupled with the uncanny nature of the bog is enough to make for a rather grim trip.
But he finds the real Haurchefant to be just as pleasant as his simulation, so the company has been agreeable at least. He lets the knight have at the vines blocking their path, since a rapier is ill-suited for such an endeavor, so while Haurchefant may miss the incoming vulture, X’rhun’s keen ears and nose pick up its approach. ]
