E - Flona Cove Healing

[It had been nearly a month since Phoenix's date with Venom, since they had last shared so much. It wasn't as if he was intentionally trying to ignore him since that time, but so much had happened. There was so much to think about.

Venom was once an assassin, Phoenix was seeing someone else at the same time as this, and yet there was still so much emotion between them. Venom liked him, like, really liked him. And Phoenix?

Phoenix was torn.

Venom was something so new and fresh, something which ignited the youth in him which he though he lost so many years ago. With Venom every thing just seemed so bright and beautiful. But did that feeling really compensate for what Venom had done before El Nysa? Before he arrived here his job was to get people like Venom locked up. Sure that wasn't exactly considered illegal in the world, depending the circumstances. But his own moral upbringing was entirely against it. And that mixed with the feelings he had finally realized he felt for an old friend had left him with a churning confused feeling that he did not know what to deal with. This was a feeling he never felt before in a situation that he never had to previously deal with.

He simply needed the time to think and this festival did a good job in helping with that. Everyone around him seemed just as solemn as he made his way to the cove. Apparently this was a ritual for strength.

Boy if it felt like he needed to be stronger these days, both physically and emotionally.

So it was with great resolution that he approached the waters, kneeling down and scooping up quite a bit with his hands only to drink it all down in one go.

He could only hope that this gave him future strength to sort out what it was he was feeling.
