Yeah, I guess that is vague. Sorry about that. I was thinking more along the lines of either they accidentally pull someone into the memory with them because of the storm (as a potential cr jump off point), or link minds with others as they try to force their way out of the storm.

It wouldn't be about manipulating the storm itself, though.
