[ John, meanwhile, is dressed in a way suited for the weather -- in a way that probably marks him out as likely some kind of either private security or military. There's an american flag patch on one arm, the other something strange and less recognisable. He isn't visibly armed, since apparently you have to place nice before you're allowed that, but he is damp from the bursts of rain and hail. His jacket and vest are mostly keeping him dry, though, and sturdy boots. It's mostly a face and hands and hair situation.
