[This is the third wave of arrivals that Riku gets to witness since arriving himself, and given the troubles they had during the last two, he can't help but feel a little tense now, even though they are allowed to wait together peacefully (will Sora be among the arrivals, will he have woken like Terra said he might? Or maybe, has Kairi finally opened her eyes again?).
He sits by the edge of the fires, listening with half an ear to Voss' preaching about Thesa… it's interesting to a point, but…]
…I wish he'd get to the point.
[Like really, that's the third time in a row he picks up the phrase "touched by Her Radiance" or something similar enough... It's getting a little repetitive at this point.]
[ B – We Got Cows ]
[The winds are worrying… they almost remind him a little of that night. The hail on the other hand, is really unnerving – a weather phenomenon that he has never seen before and that, even confined as it is, reminds him too much of the mountains. The fog though… well, not really seeing anything doesn't bother him, not while he wears the blindfold anyway.
He reaches out to the person next to him, to touch their arm, confident in what his sixth sense is telling him, as he nods down one direction:]
Come. The camp is that way.
[ C – Forgetting Is So Long ]
[Except there is no going back, or at least not immediately… instead Riku suddenly freezes up as the environment shifts… and regains form of what looks exactly like a place of his memory.]
…What?
[It's not the first time this happened here – he's owner of a memory ball after all, but it's the first time he isn't going into his memory deliberate. So he can't help but wonder…]
