[ Swiveling from where he's down on his haunches, he offers up a sprig of berries, leaves shading them on their tiny branch. They're small and pale in color, dotted with seeds. They look like Earth strawberries, but taste closer to peaches. ]

They're scaleberries. They grow everywhere. No one even has to plant them.

[ It's just how this planet is. It thrives. ]
