[Peter has been doing his part as a somewhat-veteran (he's been here for a handful of months, that's enough isn't it?) to usher newcomers around Olympia. It's only right, after all, to help others when he was in their shoes a few months back.
And it's not at all because it allows him to get a better read on these people he'll be sharing a city with.
