[ If the conflict has been ongoing for a drastic amount of time, long before anyone started arriving... It would make sense that it wasn't a sudden change with 'refugees'. Conflicts that have existed for longer than some people's lifespans tend to have a lazy air to them, changing and molding without any specific sense of urgency. It's one of the things that always caught her attention with certain areas of the world.

Sometimes the change of dynamic could be so subtle, it would leave people scratching their heads and wondering where it all went wrong. And that was a problem she didn't want to face here. ]


Has the attention shifted at all to new arrivals in terms of a focus for anger or conflict? Or do they keep it fairly directed at old enemies?
