I know that during the last bit of bullshit with fire and blood and not being able to walk the streets without being pointed out and spat on, it'd be nice to be able to have somewhere where being a strange face didn't gain you the potential for a knife in the back. Or worse. I don't think a military is going to really help with keeping things neutral. They always seem to fuck things up more than they need to. Just somewhere... else. Another option. This 'pick a side' bullshit is getting old.
