I think that's a great idea. I know personally, I know refugees who are living in both Olympia and Wyver... a lot of the people I knew in Olympia before the virus outbreak decided to stay in Wyver after a cure was found. And I can't be the only one who knows people like that.

Even leaving aside the lack of ancestral animosity, there are bound to be a lot of refugees who have a vested interest in seeing something like this succeed. That will make it easier for us to cooperate with the people who have lived here all their lives to see this through.
