She's in the process of hacking at a chunk of meat when he calls her name. A dirty task, but one she's not entirely new to; there were days with the Dothraki where she'd aided in the curing of meats, the weaving of clothing, the skinning and cleaning of animals. There were days where she'd cut away pieces of flesh for her own children, though she'd not hunted the beast. Fledglings near her, watching with beady, anticipatory eyes--it's the promise of an easy meal which has them sitting still as stone.
"Just a moment!" It doesn't take her much longer to tear muscle and fat into hefty pieces, tossing them in the air. The fledglings each leap up to catch a piece, awkwardly flying off with their catches.
Which leaves Dany wiping blood and muck off her hands as she turns to look over at Jon.
....who has a horse with a-- "Is that a horn on its head?"
no subject

Why on earth is there a horn on a horse's head?
