The power's technically not out, and we don't know if this is backup power or not. It's like a loose wire. I might be able to fix it if I can find out where the outage is, or determine exactly what this place runs on.

Until we've got every inch of this thing checked out inside and out, I'm personally trying to err on the side of non-invasive caution.
