There's too much to see in this village to stay cooped up inside a stuffy building full of books — words he is wise enough not to utter to his wife, though his position remains unchanged — but he's caught wind about some strange rumors about the books within and he has come to check it out for himself. Already at the barest of suggestions, his mind flies to possible conclusions. If there is really a written history of Eos here, could that mean...it held the history beyond his last memories of his home world? Years only alluded to by Gladio and Aranea? He has to know.
Still, his patience for this sort of thing is hardly bounteous, and though he sifts through pages and pages to find what he's looking for, he is losing focus quick.
