[ Cain offers a lopsided, rueful grin. ] I found myself with the same dubious honor, in Olympia... so I think this information will be of particular interest to you. It has to do with the organization behind all of that. You may have noticed that the radicals who performed the kidnappings were too well organized for it to be groups acting on their own, on the spur of the moment, like some of them claimed...?
