Ianto wants to protest but John looks so official pulling things out of his vest like he is that he can't help but wonder whether it looks worse than he realizes. Or is is it just John, and the way he has suddenly taken charge of the situation? Regardless, he shuts his mouth and moves to do as he is told.
"Really, I'm sure it's nothing," he protests, weakly, even as he sits in front of the other man and watches him fuss with the materials in his vest. "I've had worse." That at least he knows is true.
