Before waking up here I didn't think much of humans at all. I saw them as food and nothing more. Sure, there were a few that stood out over the years but it was no different than a human being fond of a pet. If anything, I hated humans because of what they did to me. I still do.

...But here it's a little different, I think. Sure, you're all still tasty...but I like a few of you enough that I wouldn't want you dead. Besides, there are boring vampires too and they were human once.
