I think that by establishing at least some of us as middleman between the Natha and the Nadril, will more likely work in our favor than just choosing one side or the other. There is no one else in the position to do it, at least, and it's not like either side can claim to not have made mistakes.
[Darma and Magda have both admitted some at least, even if both still think they are in the right about their choices, Some outside perspective might do them real good, if they are actually starting to become willing to listen.]
