My world had a rash of housewives poisoning their husbands back in the 1800s. [ Here comes the history nerd, she can't help it. ] Women would by arsenic by the pound bag claiming they had a terrible rat problem and then kill off husbands, sometimes kids. It was a thing but mostly that's not widespread anymore.

[ She shrugs just a little, getting another drink that's bright pink and when she sips it, she makes a face - not of disgust but of 'I don't know what this is but it isn't terrible. ]

I guess we both have to learn as we go? That's all I think I can do right now. Try and figure it out and not get killed or just...die in the snow.
