( One of Anders' best friends is terrible with people, too, so Caleb's demeanor doesn't bother him in the slightest. It's familiar, so much so that it almost makes Anders' heart ache thinking about it, but he's not dwelling too deeply on that right now. )

( It used to be cold like this in Ferelden, but that was only during the winter months. Ser Pounce-a-lot would always curl up on top of his chest to keep him warm, and hide away in his pack to protect himself from the chilly winds. )
