"Yes and no?" It's not such an easy question to answer. "Some people have gone to stasis and woken back up with new memories of their old world - the one which the Storm supposedly destroyed."

Which is a pretty big 'yes' on the 'could Darma be lying?' front. Still, it's not as black and white as all that.

"But the same hasn't happened to everyone who went back to stasis, and we've seen the Storm in action. There's no doubt that it's real."

He takes a moment to catch his breath as well as gather his thoughts. This is something he's thought a lot about, even though he's tried really hard not to. There can be no satisfying answers, and by the time even this much information became available, he'd already built his new life here. Regardless of what the truth may be, this is a lose-lose situation for him now.

"I suppose the main question is: if the Storm didn't destroy our worlds, why were we taken here?"
