Accounts that had ultimately done little to inform her when it came to dealing with Q — especially that Q in particular. He appears to carry himself differently around those he chooses to grace with his presence, and her own experiences with Q don't exactly line up with what Picard and his crew had detailed in their reports. Some of it did, but some of it... didn't. Q seemed to favor her for reasons she deliberately avoided giving too much thought towards, and it had been something of an adventure finding a way to word what had transpired during the Continuum's civil war given why it was he'd been in her quarters in that scandalous photograph for her own report.

She takes that offered hand and rises to back to her feet. "There's a lot I'm willing to believe. Especially where Q is concerned."
