More than once has she considered, in light of both the immense power available to their alleged rescuers and the sight of that power in active failure, whether there isn't some sort of cyclical perpetuation to the machinations of the Natha. Whether they approach a world and bring the Storm with them, intentionally or no, and save who they can in the process.
But for what? What purpose do they serve in that case? Could it really all be to save one world?
