[Thankfully, Ren is the kind of person who's absent-minded enough to probably forget to bathe himself under the right circumstances, let alone doing it to someone else. So no surprise baths here, just happy ear touching.

When Keaton leans into the motion, Ren takes that as a sign that he's doing fine so far, and his fingers move a little more confidently. It's still quite gentle, but he seems more at ease that he's not about to accidentally do something unpleasant.
