Perhaps it's the novelty of it all—even in his deflated form, his looks generally kept him from engaging in anything that resembled normal; sunken cheeks and thin frame earning concern and morbid curiosity. And to be fair to the world, All Might himself did his best to keep a distance.

It was hard to maintain a conversation when he never knew if he might need to disappear and assist in stopping a crime. And it was hard to form relationships when it felt as though his real identity was more of a secret than ever before.

But Kagari knows nothing about heroes or the Symbol of Peace, and moreover he's trapped in this small body until the end of their trek. All Might might actually have a conversation with someone. ]
