Sheppard's stance is one that 76 can understand and relate to, and it's something he might be able to agree with himself, except for this simple fact: the Natha have been screwing with them for way longer than Magda, at this point. That alone makes him inclined to believe that they did the same to Magda, and that his reasons for disliking them and wanting to hide from them are valid.
But when it comes down to it, there's no reason to argue Sheppard's point. 76 only nods in quiet agreement, not wanting to play his own hand too much.
