I mean L2 was cold too if you didn't have enough to sleep under but, Christ. [ Duo's been cursing about the cold pretty much since they arrived, to say the least. Mika's a hardy type anyways, and while Duo himself has survived a lot worse.. it's a preference to remain as warm and cozy as humanly possible now that he has the means to do so. ]
Never had snow until I landed in Brussels, but shit happens. Still pretty cold on a decrepit colony with faulty heating systems.. [ The laugh is more like a wheeze out, but, well.. it's not easy to joke about nights like that, even for someone like Duo Maxwell.
He does notice the stare, and if he'd dealt with anyone other than Heero Yuy pretty exclusively during the war he'd be a little more unnerved and less annoyed as he raises a brow, throwing his braid over his shoulder. ]
