ukase: (Always a helping hand)

[Rumlow had only returned to Olympia to survey the extent of the damage to the area and to maybe pitch in a little here and there as it suited him. He had no plans on staying in either Wyver or Olympia, since there was nothing here for him that was worth staying where they familiarity of the cold and the daring currency was far more welcoming. He had started in Olympia when he had arrived though, so he at least wanted to have a look at the towering statue of the dragon and guardian now set in stone. Seemed like a lame fairy-tale ending by his measure.

He was helping with some reconstruction efforts, mostly lifting stone to wheelbarrows and hauling in materials for the rebuild. He knew that there was a chance he might run across others of his world, since they were all the helping type as it was, so he wasn't surprised to find himself walking by Steve Rogers with some lumber. It did surprise him - actually amused him - was between one step and the next, Steve went from big and manly to small and shrimpy.

He'd seen the pictures of the SSR before. He'd studied that old dusty file to get a sense of what he would be dealing with on his mission.

He dropped off his prize next to a fallen wall and slipped closer to Rogers looking ridiculous in oversized clothes and a shield that admittedly would always be associated with the blond no matter what size. He came up from behind, thinking that Steve's hearing might be piss poor this time around so that he could come to a stop and rest his arm on the blond's head.]

Geez, you are the right height for so many fun things, Rogers. I'd ask if you want to fight it out in a back alley, but it just seems unfair at this point.
