But in ours, the chief cause for a period of such wanton death and destruction was because of the demons being called to war against the humans who had no way of defending themselves from our wrath.
I've never claimed to have been an ally of humanity from the start. Hundreds of atrocities can be attributed to me, as well as indirectly through the demons loyal to me. Humans turned on each other, wars were started... and at one point, nearly a third of the human population was wiped out by a plague.
