Not those guys specifically, but I've met people from those races. Been to their home planets, drank in their bars, got thrown into their prisons, escaped those prisons. [All of this is punctuated by Rocket gesticulating without actively turning around- he might know the way to Thanos's pod, but he also knows you can get turned around easily if you're not paying attention.]

They're mostly just assholes. The people who wanna actually cause a real problem aren't as thick on the ground. [But the Natha still saved them. He's sure if he looked hard enough, he could find Ronan somewhere.
