Also, he's not a proper doctor. He's not an expert on TJ's condition. He gives a one shouldered shrug, flashes her an easy smile.

"Claire definitely counts. So, make sure you tell her okay? Because I am bad at keeping secrets."

Partially true, it's not like he'd gossip about something like this but it's not a lie that John is gossipy. He can't help it, he's nosy and he wants to know everything!
