Ianto straightens from tying his shoes on and reaches for a pair of gloves in the bag by his bed. Black cotton, he thinks they make him look like a butler but he supposes they're not too inconspicuous. And they help with the people on the street, while they're out and about.

"Well, I'm not going to throw a tantrum if I can't grow tomatoes," he teases as he rises to join the other man. "So let's probably put the garden further down the list, unless we can think of some other reason why we might need one."

He raises an eyebrow at John, tilting his head at the door in question of whether he's ready to go himself, before asking aloud, "What about you? What would you be looking for in a new place yourself?"
