Frank looks up only as Danny comes in close, but his eyes are glassy and mostly unseeing. He doesn't recognize him so it's easier to skip over him or something like that. The 'hi' gets a soft twitch up of his lips before it disappears again, and he merely nods in greeting, waiting to see if the other man will join him maybe. Though, he still seems listless (if complacent) overall.
