It's the second time he's used her name, which means he knows who she is. The fact that he says she's not from there fits right in with that uneasy feeling that she has and she takes a breath, intending to refute what he's saying and then... she doesn't.

About the time it'll become obvious to him that she's not undercover or faking it for the locals, she'll be determining that he's most likely telling the truth. How and why she knows that is the same way she knows she should be able to tell if a situation is right or wrong and this one just became Very Wrong.

One more question, though, before she just gives in.
