There... Is one thing I haven't tried. It's a little mean and they'll be pissed at me after, but it usually works for me. I try to only use it when the person deserves it for being squirrely or uncooperative, but I feel like... if there was something they didn't know they knew, it could bring it out if you asked the right question.
