Frank's a little easier on the eyes; probably because he has marginally better hair and no lingering shadows of an alcoholic, at the very least. He takes her hand and she has a pretty good grip for a woman as otherwise gentle as she is, clearly used to shaking hands with bigger people. Stronger people. Just go easy on the fingers.

One happens to mosey past at wearing some sort of lead, and she looks a bit wide-eyed. Clearly nothing she's used to. More importantly, however, she wonders how he'd been about to introduce himself. If she was the "right place at the right time" doctor, then who was he?
