A Days Work Is Never Done

Who:Phoenix Wright ([personal profile] objectionattorney) & YOU
What: Attempting to Adjust To A New Olympia. Finding Out How Much Of It Is The Same And How Much Is Different Between the Decades
When: Post Frey's Festival
Where: Olympia
Warning(s): None To Speak Of So Far!

[It felt strange, making temporary livings in a city which he once felt so secure in. And yet here he was. Now that they were all in a new time where no one knew them it felt as if he had to build everything from the ground up again.

Not that he wasn't used to it, he couldn't count how many times his home had been destroyed back in the Olympia he knew. And greater than that, he had to recover from seeing an entire planet destroyed twice now.

The thought alone was enough to make him shudder. He still had a hard time wrapping his mind around the memory of a moon crashing down upon them and the storm engulfing them. Part of him was even in downright denial.

But there was no denying that he, along with all the other Refugees of Thessa, were here. And now, between Frey's festival and whatever clue they manage to land next about the gods they had to approach, they all simply had to survive.

Which was exactly why Phoenix could be found at one of the farms just along the outskirts of Olympia. Sweat staining his brow despite the chill of the winter season as he shoveled tediously at the snow. In fact, if someone were to watch him as he worked they would notice the utmost frantic pace in which he was moving.
]

Hnn? Why am I working so hard?

[He was resting himself against one of the gates of the farm, panting fairly heavily, pausing for a moment to gulp down heavily at the flask in his hand. Exhaling as a puff of white mist formed from his lips, only proving how cold the weather had been.

And yet, he took a moment to grin out, his expression one of utmost positivity as he continued.
]

I suppose I just want to help out any way I can!

[He looked out at that point, his eyes glancing wistfully over the other farms scattered about, as well as the view of the greater part of the city and its walls in the distance.]

I just... I really want to help them. I owe the people of this city that much.

[With that he turned to his conversation partner, a look of curiosity glinting out in his eyes.]

How about you? What made you decide to take on the work all the way out here?
