It was such a pain in the ass."

For a moment there's a brief sadness that slips over her face before she forces it away to focus on the present and the things that it is that she can do. Alex can't do anything to wake up Nic, all she can do is attempt to collect as much information about this place as she can on her own and then have Strand help her put the pieces together. It's worked so far.
