Another half or more of navigating the parts of the city that were in dire need of a GPS, Richard had at last navigated them into the very heart of the so-called Red Light District. The more livelier parts of the entertainment area had gotten quieter, darker, and a little bit more revealing. There were already examples of men and women standing in front of buildings coyly trying to draw attention to themselves.
