[ he is wobbly on his feet when he is hauled up, so it's with a brief breath of relief that he finds giovanni willing to offer him that stable support for the time being. he doesn't even think to hesitate leaning against the other boy, willing and waiting for his breaths to even, his heart to stop beating quite so loudly in his chest.
space, and most of what it entails, is no stranger to lance. he himself has had some of his most thrilling times hurtling through it — but it had always been in the safety and comfort of blue, or the castleship, wherein he had a considerable amount of control that this experience sorely lacked.
