[ Duo's excitement in the moment makes him hop slightly on the branch he's standing on, and the tree gives a little bit too much of a give and a groan before it cracks out from beneath Duo as a whole. Thankfully there's not too far to fall, and Duo's used to tumbles from much taller heights (thanks, Heero) - so after a moment of surprise he sort of half-assed tumbles out from the fall, not too much worse for wear.
Thankfully he's able to pick himself up and get to Lance after only a moment to realize what the hell happened, hands out to offer any help he might need. ]
