[ Keith has proved himself competent which is why Qrow doesn't mind hanging out with the "kid". Hanging out, in this instance, would be doing a quest together. While Qrow would want as much silver as he can possibly get, he's not that hard-pressed for it that he'd turn down an offer to work with someone.
