That's a very nice sentiment, but I more meant structurally. Does this location have running water? Electricity? Do any of these people know how to build homes, lay down pipes, grow food, stitch themselves up . . . it's all very well and good not to want to be caught in a war, but there's a difference between fleeing towards something and simply running blind.
