[Securing the robes is the easy part. Perhaps it was a stroke of luck that Cam and Garrus caught two of the priests skirting some shady looking alleyways on their way to the Altar, but Cam is all about strokes of luck. It only takes a small distraction, and a cleverly cast Hold Person spell to render them helpless. A bit or rope, and a few minutes later, Cam steps out of the shadows, sporting one of the long robes they'd liberated off of the 'sleeping' priests.]

How do I look?

[They're a little short for him, the robes not totally covering his boots. And kind of itchy. Or maybe this is how robes are supposed to work. He pulls the hood over his head, (very mysterious) before looking back into the alley, where his partner is still working on his own costume change.]

[ you know, this was actually pretty fun. maybe a little on the unethical lines of things, but... fun nonetheless. and besides, there were worse things that someone could do.

except, it turned out that knocking out the guys was the easy part. the harder part was... actually getting on the robes. they're clearly made for someone who doesn't have a giant crest on the top of their head.

this place and its human bias. ]

[ he hears just the smallest "rip" noise, as he tries to pull the thing down, to no avail. ]

...maybe?

[Being a human has its perks.

And it looks like his new companion is having a little bit of trouble. Things are going smoothly already. Cam casts a glance left and right before jogging up to his struggling friend.]

Come on, Big Guy, this is supposed to be the easy part. [It’s a little awkward, and Cam’s ‘help’ seems to be doing the opposite, as he tugs at the cloak, trying to force it over Garrus’ head. Eventually, he finds the tear the Garrus started and helps it along, snapping threads until the opening is big enough to fit around Garrus’ shoulders.]

There! Fits like a glove!

[ just so you know, the help is really appreciated, brand new friend. even if this... definitely left a little to be desired.

well, what was the human saying? you win some you lose some. at the very least, he can get the hood over his head, though he's pretty sure it looks comical more than anything else. ]

Do you think I'll be able to get away with saying that the extra dragon blood made me look like this?

[ he's been told he looks a little like the dragons a couple of times. LOOK. it's totally possible. ]

[Don’t worry, new pal, Cam’s got your back.

Once they get the robe on, Cam steps back, hand to his chin as he appraises their work.] …Yeah I like that story. That’s a good story.

[He kind of does, in a weird way. He’s at least closer to a Dragonborn than any other species he’s seen before.] If anyone looks at you, makes a comment about how you’re so thirsty for the dragon blood. Since you drink so much, it makes sense that you just keep needing more, right?
