March Catch-all (open)
Who: Character Name (
milesedgelord) & You.
What: March Catch-all.
When: The first three weeks of March.
Where: Olympia
Warning(s):None. Will update if needed.
House 69: [Open to all]
[In the week following the riots, Miles came home to find that not only had his shared residence been raided and looted, it had also been burnt in places. He was grateful that he and his housemate had decided to vacate the property during the early days, though he had a dislocated shoulder and three cracked ribs to show for. However, it would have been far far worse if they had been caught inside while the flames were going. He counted his blessings.
Still, it was frustrating to have his home vandalized for the second time in the six months that he had lived here. He was going to have to work harder and move to a better area soon.
If he were to have any visitors they would see him attempting to clean off graffiti on the exterior of the house. There was a small pomeranian running about underfoot yapping excitedly as he worked. It was obvious that he was straining when reaching, only to stop and clutch at his torso, cursing in a loud string of colorful German.]
Please don’t give me that look!
[Was he talking to the dog? Who knew?]

Did you want help?
[It's the least he can offer.]
no subject
I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
[He looked over to his open doorway, where his housemate had left a stepladder for him to use if necessary. The problem was that it was far too heavy to drag out by himself.
Er... Would you perhaps be able to grab that ladder over there, for me?
no subject
[It's not a terribly complicated request and seeing as Elliot offered, he sees no reason not to comply. Giving him a nod he moves to grab the ladder without hesitation, returning back to where Edgeworth is a moment later.]
Where would you like it set?
no subject
[He moved a bit so that there was space to place the stepladder in front of the graffiti.]
Right here would be perfect. I may need you to get the marking up high and I can take care of the ones down here.
I swear I don't understand the pleasure people take in trashing another's home.
no subject
I can do that.
[Why not? It's not like he has anything better to do.]
I don't understand it either. It's so uncivilized. If you have the desire to trash something, trash your own place.
no subject
Precisely! I don't see the need to destroy someone else's private property and ransack everything, no matter how frustrated you are. Most of the people who are suffering the effects are the ones who aren't in control of anything. So what is the purpose of all of this?
Its all essentially meaningless, as well as uncivilized as you previously stated.
Have you been residing here long?
