Birthday Bash [Open!]

Where: The furry mansion and Thesa Station!

I. Lead a Horse to Water (or Booze) [Closed to Diva]

[Chuuya has no idea that his birthday is going to be anything special this year. Of course Atsushi is a nice guy, so maybe he has some kind of surprise planned, but Chuuya isn’t expecting anything but maybe a night of drinking. Nothing too crazy.

He certainly doesn’t expect to be called outside by Diva, who seems to want him to come along somewhere. He’s got Apollo riding on his shoulder, who seems just as curious as his master.]

Uh, hi. What’s up?

II. You Aint’t Seen Nothing Yet

[Turns out there totally was a party planned! Not only that, but Atsushi had gone through the effort of building Chuuya a lavish bar in the living room of the mansion!! Needless to say Chuuya had been really fucking surprised, and of course that’s where he’s going to be spending the majority of his evening. If you gift him a bottle of booze he’ll be ecstatic, and once he’s amassed a nice variety, he’ll be mixing up all kinds of drinks at the bar, showing off different mixology skills with a flair only Chuuya can manage.

If you want to watch him he’ll happily show off, and if you have any requests, chances are he can grant them! He’ll be happy to chat!]

III. The Life of the Party

[You might also catch Chuuya in other places around the mansion! Maybe he’s mingling with the crowd with Apollo on his shoulder, who will happily flit over to you for attention. He could be in the kitchen stuffing his face with snacks before the cake is served. Maybe he’s just a bit tipsy and walking on the ceiling like a nerd. Or perhaps he’s out on the terrace, enjoying a drink as he gazes up at the stars.

Wherever you catch him, he’ll be in a good mood because of the party! Come say hi!]

IV. Pour One Out For Me

[Sometime after the party Chuuya will head up to Thesa Station to visit the pods as a sort of sentimental thing, and you’ll find him sitting with his legs sprawled out on the floor in front of two pods containing Mori Ougai and Kouyou Ozaki, two influential people in his life. He’s got a bottle of champagne and two glasses laid out, and he looks just a tiny bit wistful.

He misses his Mafia life, and this is one small way of showing it.

He pops open the bottle and pours the champagne before holding out a glass to his company.]

[ Reign had brought along a gift for Chuuya, and it seemed most of everyone brought alcohol, just as Atsushi had suggested. He stopped by the bar and placed his own addition on the counter, shifting his attention to the familiar voice.

Oh look, it was Mr. Cat-Lover! ]

There's probably some food in the kitchen if you're hungry.

[ He didn't expect to see Elliot here. Then again, perhaps he was a friend of Chuuya's, and besides, Atsushi seemed to be friends with everyone on Nysa. ]

I'm not too hungry, but thanks.

_{[Okay that's a lie. He is kind of hungry, but he's not going to start rooting through Atsushi's fridge. He's too proper for that.]}

All right. But if you ever want a bite, there's some at the table.

[ Reign pointed to where there was a feast of food and drinks, enough to feed them all, though Reign had his own specially made meal in the kitchen that Atsushi had prepared for a vampire like him. ]

Are you friends with Chuuya? Atsushi? [ Perhaps Dylas? ]

I suppose you could call us acquaintances.

_{[Because he sure as hell can't call them friends.]}

Chuuya helped me out in the past so...that's why I'm here.

_{[And to socialize his awkward older brother.]}

[ Mn, that made sense. Not quite friends, but close enough. Huh. ]

What did he help you with?

[ Colour Reign curious. He wasn't going to let this go until he know. He even leaned in a little, playful grin on his lips. ]

Something to do with cats?

No. He helped me hunt down people who smashed the windows of an inn I sometimes play for.

He's pretty capable, especially for someone who drinks so much.

[ That sounded like it happened during the riots a few months back. Either way, Reign was glad that Elliot, and the patrons at the inn, wasn't harmed. ]

No doubt about that.

[ Something Elliot said earlier had Reign tilting his head, a questioning look on his face. ]

What is it that you play at the inn?

I play piano. Usually I have control over whatever I want to play, but sometimes I'll have to take requests. It can be hard, having to improvise on a theme I'm not familiar with but it can be fun too.

_{[It just sucks that most of the patrons are usually drunk and don't appreciate his artistic ability as much as they should.]}

Does that mean you can play a tune now?

[ Look at him ignoring the part where Elliot had to take requests from patrons. Now Reign was one of them. No, he wasn't doing it deliberately. Sorry he's like this. ]
