A warm drop from the top and we all will see
Who: Justice (
whatisright) & Isabela (
seagoing)
What: Things got complicated between Justice and Anders and he needs someone to talk to.
When: Post-Anders' confession.
Where: Isabela's home.
Warning(s): Mentions of sex and sappiness.
Justice is confused. When Justice is confused, he usually just goes to Anders, but this time that can't work so he has to find someone else. Isabela volunteered advice for matters of the heart before, so she's the one stuck dealing with this.
And of course, he just appears in her kitchen. By his standards, he looks utterly miserable.
"Isabela, I require your expertise of mortal matters." He pauses for a moment. "I forgot. I am meant to knock."
He disappears again. There's a knocking on the front door. Then he's back in the kitchen. "Isabela, I require your expertise of mortal matters."

...That is, until she'd really taken a moment to take in the state of him which more than told her this was far from a pleasant or even a pleasurable visit compared to the last time she was alone with him.
"Flattering as that is, you know I'm only an expert in certain matters." She says, mentally noting 'mostly of the physical kind' to herself. "But...I doubt you'd almost accidentally startle me over nothing. What's on your mind then, what's happened that's brought you all the way down to Wyver to my door?"
Because surely there were better people to go to for these matters where he was in Olympia. Like his roommate for starters, or better yet Anders who probably knew him better than she ever could. Why her then?

Justice blurts it out like it's been just waiting for him to say it for days.
"He desires a romantic relationship. I know I harmed him so much by taking his body, and I fear that this will harm him more. I do not know if spirits are capable of falling in love, and I wonder if he is not better served by finding a mortal instead, but he grew angry at me for suggesting it."
By Justice's standards, he's actually expressive. His eyebrows are knit together, his shoulders are slumping, and he looks absolutely lost and miserable. "I told him I need to think. He is unhappy. I do not know how to proceed."

"Did he now?"
She settles on that for an answer, brow raised and a barely there quirk to her lips. She doesn't grin, remembering that this is clearly a serious matter but if only she could have known she'd have made a bet on it. Probably would have even if Hawke wasn't napping up on the station again with everyone else. Instead she crosses her arms, humming for a moment in thought, because she is probably the last person to come to for love advice but at least she could maybe do something to help.
"Well, we've talked about this before I think. I told you he hardly faults you for what happened with the two of you sharing one body, and you are definitely not the Vengeance you became by the time I met you in Kirkwall. The two of you are your own person now, and I'd hope by now you two have cleared the air on that. If not then I definitely would if I were you."
She frowns then, less out of dissapproval and more from the sheer fact that she really isn't the best person for this, but for Justice she'll try her best at giving it a fair shot.
"Anyway, I wouldn't worry too much about how upset Anders is right now. If he confessed to you that's only normal to feel that way to being told to wait for a response. What's more important here is...how do you feel about it Justice? Ignore what's possibly the right or wrong thing to do, how does the idea of being with him feel to you?"
