There's something happening here, what it is ain't exactly clear

Who: Davos Seaworth ([personal profile] wheresmyfingerbones) & YOU
What: Davos knows a few things, he learns a few things. All in a lordly smugger's day.
When: September 18 to September 30
Where: Olympia
Warning(s): Possibly some dark material mentioned in the setting of Davos' canon, but I'm not expecting anything drastic.

1. for all of the scallywags

(( The worst winesink, or this world's version of a winesink. It's reputation is only exceeded by the whores - although they aren't called as such here in Olympia - that often come here. The food is terrible, the patrons are rough, and more often than not every night ends with a near fight or a brawl. If anything, it was similar to the Lazy Eel, the worst winesink in all of White Harbor, more useful to learn of tidings by sailors who didn't know any better.

Honestly, Davos wasn't quite sure why he was here, even though he was looking closer to . . . not home, per say, but something familiar.

He takes a sip of sour wine, and looked around, mostly to listen into the gossip, trying to feel settled in a strange land before catching an eye of someone. Someone familiar, perhaps. ))

2. Waist deep in the Big Muddy

(( Davos is quick to find something to occupy himself, if anything to pay rent for his shelter. It was small, yes, but comfortable, if one takes the time to figure out how the kitchen stores its foods. Any seafaring was impossible, for the fog, but there's plenty of trade in the beloved Flona Harbor. Davos will always have his smuggling roots, but it didn't mean that he had to go back to it. To that, he decided his hand on fishing.

However, in order to get a boat, he will need money, and that is another issue. Which resulted in Davos becoming . . . a crabber. Or rather, he works for one, helping a man who was twice his age who needed help in his boat while his son was away for the impending birth of his child. It was a far cry from being Hand of the King, but it's something at the least, and it was something Davos knew intimately well in fact.

Davos can be seen hauling the last of the wares into the old man's wife's wagon, an elderly fishwife. Good people, he thinks, as he watched them off for the evening. However, he intended to find a bath - crabber hands stink, and they are as not offend the nose. There ought to be a bathhouse here somewhere . . . ))

3. wildcard!

(( OOC: pick a place that's in or close to Olympia! Otherwise, go wild! ))
