What: Catch-all log for October event! 76 is a fugitive, but that isn't going to stop him from digging for information. Part 2, escape and Wyver exploration!

Where: All around the dark shady parts of town, primarily in the Red Light District. Part 2, all over Wyver territory!

[ It was probably only a matter of time before 76 would run into a familiar face here, as he expected there were other refugees who were both curious and innovative enough to find their way here. He's not exactly thrilled that it happens to be Crowley.

He hasn't spoken to him since they first landed on El Nysa, but given that blood donations had been an accepted practice in Olympia, he can only assume the vampire had been able to stay well-fed and hadn't resorted to anything unsavory to get his fill.

76 crosses his arms and lets out a low breath when Crowley approaches. ]

They never actually called to execute us, you know.

[ Besides, he definitely doesn't go down easy, even if that had been the score. ]

Which is surprising, since they were so quick to send us out to hunt you down and brand you as criminals. [ But he shrugs rather lazily, leaning his weight onto one foot and slowly crossing his arms over his chest. He doesn't appear particularly perplexed with the course of events, however, in fact 76 may be able to indicate that his tone almost gives off the impression that he was bored. ]

But that's besides the point, you here for information?

Were you one of the hunters?

[ Crowley's made no secret of being a predator, but 76 hadn't run into him at all during his time as a fugitive back in Olympia. It seems like the exact sort of situation he would have wanted to capitalize on, although he also seems more interested in blood than silver.

Understandable, given that he needs it to live.

At the question, 76 nods. That's not something he needs to hide. ] If I'm right, then the guy in charge here is behind everything that happened. He's the reason I've got a target painted on my back. [ Of course he wants information. ]

You don't even have to ask. [ He knows the answer, at least Crowley predicts that he knows of it. ] I only got to catch one~ But then again I let the other go free 'cause I got tired of him jumping around.

[ But that doesn't matter. Not when something else catches his interest and raises a brow. ]

If you're right? [ He whistles. ] So what are you gonna do if he goes and confesses that he did? Kill 'im?

[ 76 only knows vaguely what happened to the other fugitives. It hadn't been easy for them to communicate, even when they were locked up, and he suspects most of them are laying low now, same as him.

Crowley doesn't hesitate to question 76's intentions, and his shoulders stiffen as he looks around the room to check if anyone overheard. He doesn't think they should be discussing this in the man's own base of operations. ]

Somehow I don't think it'll be that simple. He seems to have a lot of power at his disposal.

Giovanni! The guy was a real handful, wouldn't stay still even if I asked him to—so I broke his legs.

[ That's said with an all too relaxed smile and tone to match. But obviously there's no need to worry since Giovanni has that strange regenerating factor that keeps him alive despite nearly being killed. ]

Then do you want in on it, too?

[ Yeah, there's an unnerving quality to Crowley that isn't the least bit subtle. What is he, some kind of sociopath? Maybe that's to be expected, if he's long-lived and has to feed on people to survive. What's some broken legs, when he rips into people's throats? ]

I'm sure he took that real well. [ Granted, Giovanni had seemed just fine when he made that announcement with Ana. Maybe someone had healed him, or maybe he isn't a normal human.

At the question, 76 quickly shakes his head. He's had more than enough power in his lifetime. ] No, but I want to know what he's planning. What did he gain from unleashing that virus?

[ Things happen when you're forced to strip every emotion you've ever had as a human and your single drive now is to avenge your fallen comrades from eight hundred years ago. ]

Well that does pose a pretty good question.

[ Now that Crowley actually takes some time to think about it, but of course his only suggestion is possibly something that has already crossed 76's mind: ] Maybe to make Olympia and Wyver interact? They obviously got some bad blood.

[ Speculation isn't going to get them very far, but it's arguably a better way to spend the time than simply standing around and being on-edge. This might help the wait for Cree to go a little quicker, if nothing else. ]

They did make a truce so that the sick could come here.

[ There's still no telling whether that will last. 76 doesn't know enough about the history of this place to make an educated guess. ]

But if he wants to stop the fighting, there have to be better ways to go about it.
